Product DescriptionBilge Oily Water SeparatorAn oil water separator(OWS) is a piece of shipboard or n general waste water treatment equipment that separates oil from aily waste watersuch asbilge water before the waste water is discharged.The WC series oil water separator is equipped with the 15 ppm oil content alarm device, type tested and approved in accordance with the IMO Resolution MEPC.107(49).

The device adopts a three-stage treatment process based on the following principles
1. Electric heating
2. Primary treatment: Gravity separation via conical corrugated inclined plates + coalescence separation.
3. Secondary treatment: Interception and separation by fiber filter.
4. Tertiary treatment: Ultrafiltration membrane permeation separation
This system ensures that treated bilge water meets the IMO MEPC.107(49) discharge standards (oil content ≤15ppm).

To comply with resolution IMO MEPC.107 (49), on board, especially ocean-going ships, they must be installed on board: 15ppm bilge separator, 15ppm bilge alarm and automatic stopping device. The elementary diagram as follow
